The work is complex and predominantly consists of: spinal cord injury, brain injury, cerebral palsy and multiple injury and fatal accidents.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with the firm’s business development. This will include working alongside the Head of Department and the marketing team in order to create and maintain a sustainable marketing plan.
They are looking for someone keen to lead and participate in appropriate marketing initiatives and seek to improve internal and external referrals, formalising links with relevant departments.
The Candidate:
The firm is ideally seeking applications from candidates who have between 4 and 8 years PQE. Previous experience in the Personal Injury sector is essential and some experience working on Catastrophic Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters is preferred.
Ideally, you will have strong technical skill and an ability to understand and work through complex issues.
Candidates who are more likely to be considered for the role will have the ability to confidently and professionally work with clients on a day to day basis and build rapports with them. Your communication skills will be excellent and you will possess excellent client care skills as this is a priority for the firm.
