You will be responsible for administration generated from client meetings, business submission and incoming telephone, email and postal queries.

Administration of client information for the Financial Planners, ensuring all information is gathered in timely fashion and prepared fully before submitting to paraplanner to write case.
Responsible for managing the whole LOA process, chasing providers and 3rd parties to gain information required by Paraplanning team.
Gathering and chasing information from SJP administration centres and external 3rd parties to ensure client work is completed within given timescales.
Managing the client’s financial information and documents to update/create the Client Financial Review documents.
Training:This is a workplace apprenticeship, and you will be supported directly by your tutor and your line manager. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients, review meetings and incoming data.Communication Support: Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the company and with its customers. This may include drafting emails, dealing with post, answering phone calls, and managing appointment schedules.Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, shredding and scanning.Work closely with independent financial advisers, paraplanners and estate planner to provide administrative support for ongoing customer service.
