The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them. Travel will be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
