You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, delivering exceptional customer service, managing late check-ins and early departures, and maintaining a secure environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting guests during the night Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Conducting security checks and ensuring guest safety Setting up for breakfast service and maintaining cleanliness Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle night-time responsibilities Reliable and proactive approach Hours 2200 – 0600 , commutable by public transport.
