Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst working pro-actively alongside them
Provide excellent customer service
Efficiently and accurately submit client information and documents to chosen Mortgage lender
Understanding lender systems and basic criteria to produce an accurate lending decisionManage and research decline and maximum loan lending decisions.
Support the broker for them to find a solution for the client
Action any post-submission application amendments
