As a Third in Charge,you will provide leadership for the Nursery Management Team to ensure an excellent curriculum for childrens individual learning needs.

About the team

You will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, and monitoring the skills of the foster carers, to ensure that they’re providing a safe and healthy learning environment for the children and young people. Forming strong relationships with local authorities is essential to maximise placements and achieve the best outcomes for children.
About the role
You will need to have a Social Work degree and a minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience to be considered for this position. Previous experience within a fostering team is desirable, but not essential. If could also have experience with Looked After Children, Child Protection, Leaving Care and Adoption. Knowledge of Principles of the Children Act, Childcare legislation, guidance and national standards is essential.
