CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
GENERAL PURPOSEOF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers ( including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc). This involve working with the superintendent or Tech Rep assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage sub-contractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control management of project. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy. Willing to travel 100% of area as needed. This job manages field crews and sub-contractors
EDUCATION
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;.
EXPERIENCE
This position requires 10 years experience in commercial / industrial built-up roofing systems and / or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, Building construction, field fabrication of metal work.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLSAND ABILITIES:
Individual must be computer literate and competent in Internet software and Microsoft Excel and Word This position requires 10 years experience in commercial / industrial built-up roofing systems and / or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, Building construction, field fabrication of metal work. Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management. Extensive travels required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Panel Production Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing processes, through accurate drawings and measurements, efficient material tracking, and optimal production operations and planning.

Monitor and track the usage of materials throughout the production process and conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to production schedules and material utilization targets to meet customer order expectations. Utilize CAD software to accurately capture field dimensions and translate them into precise design specifications for panels. Develop detailed and accurate 2D drawings for fabrication tickets, providing clear and comprehensive instructions for the production team. Prepare accurate cut sheets to optimize material cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency in the production process. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Convert CAD drawings into Alpha CAM files suitable for CNC machines, ensuring seamless translation of design specifications into the manufacturing processes and instructions. Review and understand shop drawings and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with specifications and design criteria. Collaborate with sales, operations, and others to answer questions, address uncertainties and earn complete customer satisfaction.

- Highly skilled apprentice trained fabricator who can read engineering drawings cope with varied jobs and materials.
- More than 3 years industry experience welding and fabricating stainless steel (desired but not essential)
- Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.

You will be looking after 15 technicians and 4 internal staff.

Key responsibilities as Pre-Preg Composite Laminator:
- Read and understand lay-up specifications.
- Use of hand tools.
- Checking information on drawings is clear.
- Checking route card instructions are correct.
- Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products performing a range of laminating processes which may include wet-lay, infusion, vac-bagging or pre-preg.
- Use of a wide range of fabrics,CSM and cloths in dry and pre-Preg formats.
Experience as Pre-Preg composite Laminator
- 2+ years experience gained within the Marine, Aerospace or other quality driven industry.
- Familiar with pre-preg autoclave processes and materials such as carbon and glass.
- Ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage.

CNC Turner Programmer responsibilities:
- Programming, setting and operating 2-axis CNC lathes using Mazak controls.
- Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to correct manufacturing environments.
- Good knowledge in tool setting and tooling requirements.
- Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to repeat manufacturing requirements.
- Comfortable performing inspection on components using manual measuring tools.
- Work and promote the culture of continuous improvement, 5S and Lean manufacturing standards.
CNC Turner Programmer requirements:
