An apprentice at our Asian-inspired spa will immerse themselves in a serene, professional environment focused on wellbeing and guest care.
Typical responsibilities and training include:
Assisting senior therapists with traditional Asian wellness treatments such as Thai massage and aromatherapy
Supporting wellness rituals, spa preparation, and ensuring treatment rooms maintain a tranquil, high-standard ambiance
Learning about holistic practices including mindfulness techniques, and the use of natural products
Greeting clients, understanding guest needs, and helping to deliver a personalised, luxurious spa experience
Attending structured training sessions on customer service, spa etiquette, and health & safety
Training:Training will take place one day per week, term time only at our City Centre Campus in central Bath.Training Outcome:We would like to offer full time employment at the end of the apprenticeship as a Spa Therapist with the opportunity to progress to senior spa therapist. Learn about beauty products, tools, and techniques through on-the-job exposure and formal training.
Attend training sessions/college as part of your apprenticeship programme.
Assist with front-of-house tasks such as appointment scheduling and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
