As the Assistant to the Leadership Team, you will:
Support the Executive Assistant with daily administrative tasks, ensuring the leadership team’s schedules and priorities are managed effectively
Collect and organise data to assist in the creation of agendas and reports
Maintaining accurate information and ensuring data is clean, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Coordinate meeting logistics and hospitality, ensuring the leadership is prepared for high-level briefings
Utilise data and AI tools to support the leadership team
Format professional presentations and documents, ensuring they are backed by accurate data and meet Kaplan branding
Dedicate 20% of your working week to your apprenticeship studies, applying your learning directly to your daily tasks
Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, managing enquiries with confidence and care

Data & Reporting (Apprenticeship Focus):
Champion the use of data within the leadership office, identifying ways to automate manual reporting tasks
Translate raw numbers into clear charts and summaries that help the leadership team track progress against KPIs
Improve data quality by performing regular audits of team records and contact lists
Collaborate with your apprenticeship coach to hit learning milestones and bring "best practice" data techniques into the office
Administrative Support:
Empower the leadership team by anticipating their administrative needs and streamlining their workflow
Manage travel bookings and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare agendas and support administrative tasks for leadership, tracking follow-up actions via data-driven tools
