JOB DESCRIPTION
Sr Business Systems Analyst for Rust-Oleum Corporation. Work at our Vernon Hills IL loc, & may work remotely a portion of each week per co. policy.
SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis & development in order management [mgmt], pricing, & logistics. Take initiative to determine business requirements & translate them into technical specs. Design, configure and test best-fit solutions. Participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations incl. Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios. Lead IT projects. Communicates issues to supervisors & team, using effective oral & written communication skills. Work professionally with int & ext partners. Follow safety procedures & co. policies. Assist staff & users to solve software related problems. May undergo background checks incl. drug screen.
Must have Bachelors in Info Systems, Comp Sci, Comp. Engr, Data Analytics, or rel field, and 5 years relevant IT exp. Requires skills: (5 yrs exp) in SAP OTC in order mgmt, pricing, and logistics; SAP configuration with demonstrable end results; SD(FI), SD(PP) and SD(MM); Logistics Execution (Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Mgmt, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse mgmt, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading, Warehouse Mgmt); Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit mgmt, output mgmt, condition techniques, Third party orders, consignments; Material determination, listing and exclusions; BW reporting or custom reporting; Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE; and Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go live environment; and (1 yr exp) in lead IT projects, and Variant configuration with BOM, material variant configuration. As the Assistant to the Leadership Team, you will:
Support the Executive Assistant with daily administrative tasks, ensuring the leadership team’s schedules and priorities are managed effectively
Collect and organise data to assist in the creation of agendas and reports
Maintaining accurate information and ensuring data is clean, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Coordinate meeting logistics and hospitality, ensuring the leadership is prepared for high-level briefings
Utilise data and AI tools to support the leadership team
Format professional presentations and documents, ensuring they are backed by accurate data and meet Kaplan branding

Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, managing enquiries with confidence and care

Data & Reporting (Apprenticeship Focus):
Champion the use of data within the leadership office, identifying ways to automate manual reporting tasks
Translate raw numbers into clear charts and summaries that help the leadership team track progress against KPIs
Improve data quality by performing regular audits of team records and contact lists
Collaborate with your apprenticeship coach to hit learning milestones and bring "best practice" data techniques into the office
Administrative Support:
Empower the leadership team by anticipating their administrative needs and streamlining their workflow
Manage travel bookings and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare agendas and support administrative tasks for leadership, tracking follow-up actions via data-driven tools
