KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Chief Technologist Synthetic Therapeutics will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Act as the technical expert in peptide and oligonucleotide chemistry, including synthesis, modification, and conjugation.
2. Shape the future technology strategy by identifying capability gaps, market trends, and unmet industry needs.
3. Translate technical insights into commercially viable propositions and deliverable plans.
4. Build and influence an external network of stakeholders, representing the company in industrial and academic forums.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Chief Technologist Synthetic Therapeutics we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Proven experience of strategic technical leadership and market awareness within the field.
2. Extensive industry experience in synthetic therapeutics, particularly in peptides and/or oligonucleotides.
