Review and process all cheques received by the PPF including lodging cheques accurately with the PPF’s clearing bank’s local branch in Croydon.
Review and process all Finance posts received, ensuring that documentation is scanned to the appropriate quality for optical character recognition and saved in SharePoint libraries appropriately.
Update SharePoint and other reconciliation tools with financial information accurately, ensuring compliance with internal PPF policies and GDPR regulations.
Load supplier invoices on Oracle supporting the AP advisor as necessary.
Carry cash book posting supporting the cash management advisor as necessary.
Logging the refunds from the mailbox onto the SharePoint tracker.
Other ad hoc tasks as required including mailbox management.
