Record Board and Shareholder meeting minutes and draft and circulate such minutes to the appropriate parties within agree timescales (usually 2-3 weeks). Assist with the opening and maintenance of bank accounts for each company and the execution of related documentation required by the bank. Maintain banking and investment mandates. Review and update applicable European entity level governance policies and procedures to align with Group polices. Provide vital administrative support to the Co-sec function.
