- Dealing with; Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
- Working with Senior Conveyancers to achieve the financial target.
- Assist in supervising and developing the Conveyancing Assistant.
- Working with and under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer.
- Being responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion.
- Take full responsibility for the team in the Senior Conveyancers absence.

Service Care Legal is working on behalf of a ‘Legal 500 Leading Firm’ which is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers. You will be dealing with a mix of residential property work (mainly shared ownership transactions being purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions) including straight transactions mix.
SALARY: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonuses

Responsibilities
Conducting transactions and supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers.
Demonstrating a strong legal knowledge and long experience in technical conveyancing.
