This department has a solid structure of Partners, Solicitors and support staff with several years of experience behind them. The firm are looking to bring in an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with upwards of 1 years’ post qualifying experience in general commercial and property litigation to be a part of their continued success.
Joining this well-respected firm, you will be working on a full caseload, and provide coaching and supervision to the department secretaries. Acting on behalf of individuals, companies, landlords/tenants and developers, your caseload will include:

You will be working in a Legal 500, Tier 1 ranked Housing Litigation team to provide advice on a broad spectrum of Housing Litigation matters, to a variety of organisations, nationally.
