Deputy Children's Home Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervising staff and leading shifts Ensuring placement plans are followed Developing and implementing policies and procedures Conducting risk assessments Supporting education and training for children and young people

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to making a difference in children's lives

Qualities:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable to changing situations Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
