Business Administrator Apprentice
You will be responsible for the following:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enwuiries via email, phone and live chat Support administration team with reports on orders, stock and account management Assist customers with general enquiries regarding products, services, orders and returns Email relevant department with complaints Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system Provide feedback to the wider team on common customer queiries and complaintsTraining:
