Answering and forwarding telephone calls and emails

Training:
Apprentices will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard:
The apprentice will receive monthly workplace or virtual visits with a dedicated assessor The assessor will set individualised learning tasks as part of the apprentice’s workplace training that will incorporate the daily role and dutiesTraining Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
