Our client, a Top 45 law firm with offices nationally are seeking a Childcare Solicitor Advocate to join their expanding team. With a modern approach and high levels of staff retention they have strong values and look to recruit employees of the same ethos.
You will manage your own complex caseload as well as working as a team, assisting your colleagues and the successful candidate will work as an in-house advocate of Child care cases on behalf of the Local Authority. You will benefit from Paralegal and Legal Admin support and will provide an in-house advocacy service and conduct legal proceedings.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running in the childcare law area and advocacy experience is essential for this role. All levels of PQE will be considered if candidates can demonstrate that they can fulfil the requirements of the role.
