Location: Bromley, London
Salary: £10 per hour (10am - 5pm, Saturdays only)

As the Property Admin, you will be:
? Preparing property particulars, everyday correspondence, and other admin relevant tasks.
? Available to assist with any ad-hoc administration duties where necessary
? Taking calls on general enquiries, tenants regarding maintenance issues, and booking contractors to resolve any property maintenance issues.
? Calling landlords to explain what maintenance issues and liaising with contractors to request / chase quotes.
? Updating system/excel spreadsheets with property/works/renewal/etc.
? Arranging property viewings and Mortgage Valuations and registering new applicants.
? Registering prospective purchaser details.
? Registering new tenants for referencing, new deposits, new tenant water bills
? Provide exceptional customer service to all their clients.
? Responsible for the managing of office supplies.
? Responsible for incoming and outgoing postages.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
? Self-motivation, energetic and a positive attitude.
? Highly organised and can prioritise.
? Focused and supportive of other team members.
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
? Customer Service oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
? Be IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel.
