Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 per year

The Role

As the Optical Manager, you will:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Livingston store Motivate, support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service Drive performance and create a positive, success-driven culture Oversee smooth daily operations, including stock, compliance and service standards Represent the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a fun and memorable experience

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced manager or supervisor from the optical industry A self-starter with the energy to thrive in a busy, hands-on setting A natural leader with strong people skills Commercially aware, with the drive to achieve results
