Requirements: 

5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory)Extensive experience in international leisure and group salesA strong network of agency, consortia, and tour operator contactsExcellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skillsA strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targetsMust be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility)Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
