We are partnering with a hugely successful, independent group to find a talented Head Chef for their flagship West London site. This will be a high-volume, wet-led venue renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and exceptional Mediterranean-inspired small plates.

Cuisine: Mediterranean small platesVolume: up to 300 daily coversTeam: Lead a brigade of 7/8 chefsHours: 48-hour contract, 7-day operation (kitchen closes at 10 PM)Scope: 80% hands-on, with full P&L and menu controlThe Ideal Head Chef:
