Job title: Supply Chain Specialist – Procurement

Who are we recruiting for?

We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in LNG solutions and energy infrastructure. Our client provides flexible and sustainable solutions to global markets and is now seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to strengthen their procurement function within fleet operations.

What will you be doing?

Overseeing procurement activities for fleet assets and projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Managing vendor relationships, leading negotiations, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Issuing RFQs, evaluating bids, and raising purchase orders through ERP systems. Collaborating closely with logistics and sourcing teams to streamline supply chain operations. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Are you the ideal candidate?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, ideally in the offshore, oil service, or marine sectors. Strong knowledge of contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office/Power BI skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
