Nexus People are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our clients busy Warehouse in Brighouse. Our client is a leading supplier with over 30 Years of expertise in engineered valves and ancillary products. 

You must have 12 months demonstrable experience working in a Logistics setting. 

Working as a Logistics Administrator: 
The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for: 
Using Microsoft packagesPlanning and coordinating the shipment of goodsMonitoring stock levelsTraingck shipments and updating clients and internal teamsLiaising with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwardersPreparing and managing shipping documentsAnalysing shipping costsUtilising logistics software to plan shipmentsThere will be other administration duties involved, and our client is keen to find someone who is flexible and willing to learn new skills. 

What do you need to be a Logistics Administrator?
To be considered for the role of Logistics Administrator, you should have the following skills: 
Attention to detail/diligence/investigatory approachAbility to work under pressure & achieve deadlines and SLA’sAbility to plan and prioritize the workloadAnalytical and dynamic approachComputer literacy (specifically excel but also other Microsoft packages)Be customer focusedBe results drivenHave a general warehouse/distribution knowledgeIf you have 12 months experience working within the Logisitics Sector, and you have a skill set that matches those required, we would love to hear from you.
