What you will be doing as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager:

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager Responsible for the smooth running of the F&B department Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products. Train and guide the employees Develop and implement training programs Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Five-star hotels Fluent in German and English is desirable Great interpersonal skills to build a reputation of excellence Strong leadership skills Communication skills
