Details* Full time (37 hours) Monday to Friday
* Initial 6 month contract, with possibility of extension
* £14.40 ltd per hour (equivalent to £11.44 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay)
Purpose
The core purpose of this role is to provide the main contact point for all adult social care enquiries.
Responsibilities
The team deal with both telephone and electronic contacts and it is a high volume team dealing with 50K contacts per year across multiple systems, therefore we are looking for candidates with strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills. You will be provided with training to support with the pressures and demand of the role. The team are based in Huddersfield town centre and working Monday to Friday.
