My client is an exciting franchise owner, setting new standards for high-quality fast food in Wellingborough. They opened their first site in January and are seeking a Store Manager to help drive the business forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager with experience in branded QSR or Fast Casual environments, who is keen to contribute to a growing concept and bring new ideas. With plans to open more sites as sales increase, there are plenty of growth opportunities on the horizon.

About the Store Manager – Premium QSR concept:

You come from a Fast Casual or premium QSR setting.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Customer service and FOH orientation.Strong understanding of business financials.Strategic decision-making skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to structure the compliance of the store.
