Adult Safeguarding Manager
Surrey County Council are looking for a Team Manager to join their Adult Safeguarding Team.
This is a Locum Social Work role.
This Borough is looking for a highly skilled Social Work Professional with extensive experience in Safeguarding and management work.
The key to success in this role is to be able to confidently manage a team from the onset of the position.

Your responsibilities as an Adult Safeguarding Team Manager:
Assessing and managing risk
Comprehensive safeguarding knowledge for effective oversight of the team
Deal with budgeting, resources, performance and delivery standards to ensure smooth running of the team
Liaise with connected services and Senior Leadership to ensure the best results are reached
Requirements of you as an Adult Safeguarding Team Manager:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Have competent knowledge and experience of Safeguarding work
Extensive management experience
Umbrella pay rate: £39.00 per hour
