Account Manager

A returning client is looking to replace an account manager at their UK head office in Nottingham. This international company provides a range of technology solutions to hospitality, education and vending and they would love to find someone with passion, positivity and great communication skills. The nature of this role means you will be required to be largely in office (with flexibility).

About the company:  

This global client has grown to now have 10 international locations, with Nottingham being one of the UK offices. Having worked with the business before, and placed people successfully in to their workforce, we know that they offer excellent opportunities and a progressive environment. We are looking for an account manager that comes with experience working closely with customers, managing relationships, working across departments and problem solving. Part of your role will be managing contract renewals and therefore reducing churn.

Ideal Service Account Manager :

3 years account management experienceExperience in hospitality/retail sales extremely desirableAble to build strong relationshipsPrevious experience in a tech setting and therefore able to provide technical demonstrationsAble to facilitate onboarding process for new clientsAssisting in planning and attending trade shows and exhibitionsExcellent communication skills
