Starting salary of £27,700 Additional payments for sleeps when required Rota'd hours between 8am-11pm and alternate weekend working Employer benefits Fully funded training and ongoing professional development

The successful candidate must have

Experience working with young people in Children,s Homes or Care Leavers, Level 3 in Residential Childcare essential (or equivalent) Understanding of young people safeguarding and OFSTED regulations Ability to step up in the managers abscence People Management Skills
