Zest Optical are proud to be working with a fast-growing optical brand who are changing the way people buy glasses to recruit a Manager to cover their teams across Newcastle, primarily based in the Metro Centre.

The Role

As the Optical Manager, you will:

Take responsibility for three teams across Newcastle, leading from the Metro Centre base Motivate, support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service Drive performance and create a culture of success Oversee smooth daily operations, including stock, compliance and service standards Represent the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a fun and memorable experience

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced manager or supervisor from the optical industry A self-starter with the energy to thrive in a busy, hands-on setting A natural leader with strong people skills Commercially aware, with the drive to achieve results
