The role:
We’re after a Restaurant Manager who can own the floor and the figures.
This isn’t just about running slick service – it’s about running a business.
You’ll be trusted with training, leading, and growing a tight-knit front-of-house team, while keeping an eye on labour costs, GP, and overall performance.
