Position: Community Physiotherapist
Location: Southampton
Salary: up to £38,000 + Benefits!
Hours: Mon – Fri position covering across 30hrs p/week but may consider full-time hours
Contract: Permanent

Here at Meditalent we are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client for a Physiotherapist in the Southampton area to join their Community Physiotherapist team.

To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering care excellence in line with patient’s needs, key performance indicators and outcome measures.

Successful Candidate:

Qualification at Degree level or equivalent HCPC Registered with no restrictions against your pin Track record of delivering rapid & caring services Experience within either Neuro, Orthopaedics or Respiratory Great communicator and team player

Duties of this role include:

Carry out exercise treatment plans with patients and assess progress in movement and further their independence. Educate patients in equipment: educate and advise patients and relatives/carers in the correct use of functional and mobility equipment to maximise independence. Liaising with a wide range of professionals - such as doctors, occupational therapists, social workers, voluntary workers and equipment suppliers and family members. Aware of infection prevention and control
