Are you an experienced Multi Trade Operative looking for a new challenge? We are hiring a skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team, working on void properties in Bracknell and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities: Property Repairs: Carry out a range of maintenance tasks on void (empty) properties. Refurbishment Works: Undertake general refurbishment, repair, and renovation works to ensure properties are ready for new tenants. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all clients and maintain strong communication with property managers and team members. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role in property maintenance, particularly on void or unoccupied properties. Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating. Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are preferred.
