Children's Senior Support Worker

Lead staffteams in children's homes for a growing and highly therapeutic and unique organisation that provides care for children with trauma and behaviours that challenge. Location: Maidstone, Salary: £34,000 to £35,000

The ideal candidate must:

Have previous experience of leading staff in children's residential homes Have good knowledge and experienced of Ofsted and associated legislations Be a driver

Responsibilities of the Senior Therapeutic Residential Worker:

Leading staff on shift to deliver a high quality of care to children with EBD To have knowledge of Therapeutic care and frameworks such as PACE To have experience working with Ofsted and associated regulations Rotas, paper work, auditing and risk assessments Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs. Display yourself as an appropriate role model Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience Encourage positive life experiences for the children

Salary: £35,000

Location: Maidstone
