Waking Night Support Worker

The service is a children's home which offers care and support to young people aged 8-18

The young people can present challenging behaviours full training will be provided.

Starting salary of £26,000 Overtime paid an at enhanced rate Rota'd hours between 8pm-8am and alternate weekend working Excellent employer benefits Fully funded training and ongoing professional development

The successful candidate must have

Experience working with young people in Childrens Homes, Care Leavers, Youth Justice or similar Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people, residential settings and developing independence Emotional and Physical resilience as you will need to work with behaviours that challenge
