Fabric Technician

Mobile Fabric Technician - Covering Edinburgh - Perth - £31,500 plus excellent benefits 

CBW have an excellent new opportunity for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join a UK wide facilities company.  This will be working on a great contract covering various sites from Edinburgh to Perth.  Ideally therefore you will live in the Fife region! 

Hours of work : 

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 (Door to door travel paid) 

On-call 1 in 3 £150 on call

Duties & Responsibilities: 

 Complete planned preventative maintenance checksComplete reactive repair tasks Inspect/repair floor tiles ceramic & Vinyl. Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems.Plumbing skills – repair taps, unblocking toilets, sinksJoinery skills Inspect/repair doors, replace Digital locks.Painting and re-decoratingUndertake any tasks as designated by line management.Maintain various records and documentation Completion of mandatory training and task-based training

To be considered: 

Previous commercial maintenance experience - joinery, painting & decorating, tiling and plumbingDriving license Client facing Good communication skills IT literate
