Home Based/Midlands | Full-time, permanent | £45,000pa + Car Allowance

Make UK are seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to join their expert team of consultants as HSS Trainer, delivering accredited NEBOSH & IOSH training to our national member portfolio.

Role Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert for digital development (eLearning, game-based learning etc.) Design and deliver HSS learning solutions to a variety of Make UK Members. Training delivery up to 14 days per month Ensure that all clients receive the highest standards of professional delivery. Maintain strong working relationships with accreditation bodies. Supporting the sales team, passing on any new commercial opportunities identified. Maintain Make UK’s portfolio of IOSH & NEBOSH courses. Gather and act on customer feedback to enable opportunities for improvement in current courses

Person Specification

Demonstrable experience of HSS training delivery Tech IOSH – working towards Cert IOSH and later CMIOSH Excellent understanding of the current and future market for HSS training and services. Able to travel across the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa)
