Job duties:

Advise clients on divorce, separation, asset division, and childcare financial arrangements. Draft and file court documents, representing clients in court proceedings. Negotiate and secure fair financial settlements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering empathetic and clear advice during challenging times. Conduct legal research to stay informed on family law developments, ensuring accurate and effective client advice.

Job requirements:

Experienced Private Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Strong legal expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive family matters with empathy. Collaborative mindset with experience working within a structured compliance framework.
