Administrator / Coordinator Reactive Works

About the role

Here at Paradigm, it is all about our customers and we are seeking an exceptional person to work part-time in our 'Reactive Works' team to administer and coordinate the work that our technicians perform in our customers' homes.

Working 19.5 hours over two whole days per week, ideally Monday & Wednesday and any other part-day to be agreed (an alternative working pattern could be considered).

In this role you will support our team of Technical Co-ordinators who deliver an excellent repairs experience for all our customers.

You will work closely with your colleagues and managers by effectively managing the schedules of our technicians efficiently and liaising with our suppliers and subcontractors.

You will develop a strong working relationship with our customer service team ensuring we are providing an excellent service.

You will focus on our disabled adaptions delivery working closely with our 'Disabled Facility Officer', so a knowledge of adaptations for people with disabilities would be advantageous, although not essential - show us you have the right attitude and strong work ethic and we will provide training so that you have the and knowledge to effectively support our team.

Duties include:

? Providing cross team support for Paradigm Property directorate's back-office functions and the service delivery operation of the reactive work streams.
? Scheduling of reactive works in our customers' homes
? Accurate updating of our database and systems
? Issue emergency works to technicians
? Courtesy calls to customers to ensure effective communication

About you

Conscientious, proactive, accurate administrator, able to work in a fast-paced environment and passionate about providing first class customer service.

No experience in property services is necessar
