Salary: £16,000 - £20,000

Our client is an independently owned estate agency with a diverse portfolio.

The Ideal candidates have the opportunity with additional training and experience aided by the 'business development team' to help you hit the ground running in this exciting career opportunity.

They will set you up with everything you could possibly need to succeed from a competitive salary and commission structure.

As a Sales and Letting Negotiator, you will be:

? Generating new business opportunities.
? Sourcing, instructing, and advertising new properties.
? Monitoring Sales progression.
? Negotiating sales/lets.
? Working to daily targets.
? Generating and booking appraisals.
? Arranging and carrying out property viewings.
? Working all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
? Provide exceptional customer service to all their clients.
? Registering prospective purchaser details, then match to available properties.
? Preparing property particulars, everyday correspondence and other admin relevant admin tasks.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

? Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
? Highly organised and energetic.
? Focused and supportive to other team members.
? Experience of working in a sales and customer service environment.
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
? Customer Service oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
? Ideally have had some experience of conducting property appraisals.
? Be IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel.

Must have:

? Full driving license and have own transport.
? At least one year estate agency experience.
? Understand pipeline
