Change & Communications Manager6-month contract (inside IR35)Remote working role – 1 day a week in their London office
Our client is based in the telecommunications sector, has been are the forefront of satellite communications and a market-leading provider for high-speed data communications.
They are now looking for a highly skilled and proactive Change & Communications Manager whose role will be to support the Digital Workspace programme and lead in implementing communications activities within the programme.
The candidate will work within the Digital Workspace and broader Group IT team to ensure the Change and Communications strategy and subsequent plans are fit for purpose and align with the requirements of the overall change and communication strategies for the business.
Additionally, they will manage and implement change, communication and engagement initiatives aligned to the internal communications strategy and plan, ensuring they are successfully communicated to key stakeholders.
The successful candidate must:
Experience developing and delivering a change and communications plan to high standards and to a range of audiences across role levels and geographies, as well as utilising varied channels and measuring the impact of initiatives on engagement.Experience working with the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.Ideally, have Experience developing Change and Comms plans/material for end-user technology/Digital Workspace programsStrong written and verbal communication skills to be able to clearly communicate the vision and ley messages of programmesResilience is a key skillset – so the ability to change focus/ priorities depending on what is required
