Maintenance Supervisor – Prestigious M&E Service Provider – Knightsbridge – £52K

A highly respected building services contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a flagship mixed-use development in Knightsbridge.

This landmark site incorporates residential, retail, and commercial spaces, offering a dynamic and prestigious working environment.

The successful candidate will oversee all landlord and tenant areas, delivering exceptional levels of service in line with client expectations.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a small team consisting of one engineer and an administrator, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key duties will include:
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedulesDirect involvement in engineering tasks as requiredAttending client meetings and preparing reportsCoordinating and supervising subcontractorsEnsuring compliance with health & safety standardsManaging and supporting site staffWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Additional overtime and weekend work will be available when required.Package includes:
Salary up to £52,000 (depending on experience)25 days annual leaveCompany pension schemeCandidate requirements:
