Quality Practitioner Apprentice

Main Purpose of the Job (general tasks):

Manage corporate documentation, documentation libraries, and document control procedures Liaison with DXB HQ for dGOM distribution and communication to the UK team Leading participant during ISAGO audits and audits conducted by external regulators and customer airlines Management of the dAuditor/iAuditor product in the UK Deliver and manage audits, follow-ups, and corrective actions

Training:

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your apprenticeship (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment). Topics covered include –

Introduction to quality and quality management Systems Quality - Organisations and their context Product and service life cycle and design Understanding and delivering customer requirements Risk, opportunity and objectives Leveraging the value of audits Driving improvement Culture, communication and lifelong learning



Training Outcome:

Following completion of the apprenticeship training, the apprentice will have an opportunity to stay with the company as a permanent employee.

We also have additional Cargo Facilities at Newcastle, Birmingham and Glasgow Airports, as well as an extensive Regional Trucking Network that covers a further 8 airports across the UK.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
