Junior Property Solicitor

Key clients include health and social care and wider commercial property portfolios.

The property team services all sub-markets in independent healthcare (including all types of social care, independent hospitals, primary care and retirement living) for a wide variety of clients; from investors and funders to developers and operators, consortiums to suppliers.

The successful candidate will sit within the Commercial Property Healthcare and Real Estate Finance teams receiving support from a number of Partners and Senior Associates.

This role has been created to train, support and progress and ambitious junior property lawyer and there are genuine promotion prospects for those willing to take the challenge.

Key responsibilities in the role will include advising clients on the full range of property matters, emphasising on corporate support work, development work and real estate finance work for our wide range of clients predominantly within the independent health sector.

You will be a qualified solicitor within the newly qualified to two years' PQE level.

You will have gained commercial property experience and feel confident working directly with clients.

Experience in health or social care, corporate or development work is a plus but not desirable.

The firm is looking for a collaborative and driven individual who will add value to the team.
