Customer Experience Coordinator Apprentice

Handling inbound calls and enquiries from new and existing customers Booking surveyor appointments and scheduling staff effectively Coordinating diaries and workloads to ensure smooth operations Keeping customers updated at every stage of their project Gathering feedback to help us continuously improve our service Providing general support to the operations and compliance teams

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take.

Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship.

There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education
