Internal Sales Executive Apprenticeship

Take sales orders, by telephone and email from customers and the external sales team Input sales orders accuratley on to our systems Maintain customer data and perform data enry tasks Ensure awareness of customer contracts Answer incoming calls Sell new products and offers to new and existing customers by telephone Drive proactive sales activity through upselling, cold calling, and prospecting to generate new business Be able to handle objections professionally and close sales effectively Collaborate with the external sales team to support customer retention and new business integration Maintain a professional and welcoming office enviroment Carry out general administrative tasks necessary to support the effective delivery of all responsibilites 

Training:
Sales Executive Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship Standard Your training will take place on site at our head office
