They are looking for a Director of Inside Sales for EMEA including UK, Ireland, France, Iberia, Italy, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, MENA, ISSAGR and Eastern Europe.
Base salary - c.
£120,000 - OTE - £180-250,000

Key areas of responsibility:
Lead, coach and develop your management team, who in turn will deliver the same across their teams and drive performance and results whilst maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
Management of overall performance and outcomes with recognition and reward programs as well as performance management programs.
Employee retention, recruitment, on-boarding, and continuous learning
Ensure industry recognized sales practices are adopted to achieve top sales performance and enhanced customer experiences (e.g Meddic, Scotsman, Challenger etc.).
Ensure regular hubs/ meetings to bring teams together and create a unified mission and voice.
Hold regular impactful meetings with team managers, with clear outcomes and objectives
Create an open, honest, and supportive working relationship utilizing a continuous feedback loop approach
Liaise and plan closely with our Revenue Marketing Teams to effectively execute campaigns.
Maintain accurate data / records of Sales performance, forecast upwards and align with company goals.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record and significant experience of Director level responsibilty of running Sales teams, leadership and management experience of large teams 20+ and mid-level managers, with ideally 8 years+ experience, and evidence of delivering results in sales and marketing across various countries / territories within a technical market.
