Static Electrical Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Company - Leeds - Up to £38,000 plus overtime and good benefits

CBW have a new opportunity for a static electrical facilities engineer for a prestige site in Leeds City Centre.  This position is working within the building services team for planned and reactive maintenance.  This is a client facing role and a position that can also offer career development. 

Hours of work: 

Working hours are 40 hours – 0800 -1700 Monday to Friday. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement’s to meet KPI’s.Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external LegislationCapable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others. 

To be considered: 

An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. 

 You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including;

Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferable but not essential)City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.Conversant with Electrical  / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's carried out in line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work
