Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship

You will work with various teams across the Institute in order to gain a broad range of knowledge and skills aligned to your programme of study.

The role will be varied, collaborative and busy, and will include:

Supporting co-ordination and general administration to assist with operational programme delivery activities including:
- Management of booking in visitors and contractors for site visits, liaising with internal Resource Allocation team and Projects team
- Arranging meetings / workshops, including minute taking
- Facilitate in the creation, monitor and control, update and distribution documents across departments Assist the Housing & Facilities Officer with the property management function, including supporting the management of the residential housing stock Assist the CAD & Technical Documentation Owner with administering drawing schedules, including plotter printing Assist the Technical Co-Ordinator with Asset & Document data handling, including updating file structures

Training:
You will attend Farnborough College of Technology for one day every two weeks Alternating every other week with the equivalent time of study at or away from your main place of work Which will be on site at The Pirbright Institute

Training Outcome:
After completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress to a permanent role within the Institute but this is not guaranteed The skills and experience acquired will equip you to undertake a range of roles

Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 With a 1 hour lunch break
