Planting, pruning, and maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces Operating gardening equipment and tools Performing physical labour, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve gardening goals Providing excellent customer service and interacting with clients as needed

Training:
Horticulture or Landscape Construction Operative Level 2 - 24 Months Dedicated Performance Coach One day a week at Merrist Wood College Functional Skills Maths and English, if necessary

Training Outcome:

Possibility of a full-time post upon completing the apprenticeship.
